The main character is a girl that aspirers to be a warrior but seems to make lots of mistakes, she is often advised to be a healer by her mother. After having an argument with her brother the previous day She goes out the next day to catch a good prey to finally be acknowledged by her clan and her family for what she is (a warrior). Out on the hunt she notices trails of an unknown creature and decides to capture it as her prey. She is then capture by a group of literate men that were also hunting for that particular creature. She is captured and used as bait for the mysterious creature to appear long story short the monster kills all the hunter, the girl’s brother that also came to save her was captured but both eventually escape
